？ Provide end user technical support

？ Provide installation and maintenance of PCs and printers

？ Monitor systems operations and assist in resolution of problems, upgrades, etc.

？ Monitor and manage of File Server, Notes Server and Application Server

？ Ensure the security control and company standard policy are in place
？ 保证控制办公室系统安全性及实制公司所制定守则
？ Liaise with Hong Kong office and Sweden Head Office for any technical issues
？ 与瑞典电脑资讯部保持密切联络

Requirements 工作要求
？ Degree or above with at least 5 years technical support experience in Banking environment
？ 计算器本科毕业或以上，五年或以上技术员银行经验
？ Excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate with users from different levels
？ 富沟通技巧能与不同层面用户沟通
？ Strong in problem solving and troubleshooting skills
？ 能掌握解決技术问题技巧
？ Familiar with Active Directory and Microsoft Product such as MS Windows Server and Notes Server
？ 对微软产品认知要深尤以 Active Directory、Windows Server 与 Notes Server
？ Strong working knowledge in TCP/IP, LAN, VLAN, Router and Firewall
？ 对TCP/IP、LAN、VLAN、Router 与 firewall要有熟练工作经验
？ Familiar with China regulatory reporting systems, CNAPS, CFETS…
？ 对中国银行监管沤报系统CNAPS, CFETS…认知
？ Experience with MidasPlus, and Reuters product (Reuters Information & Reuters Dealing) would be an advantage
？ 对 MidasPlus 系統及路透产品(Reuters Information & Reuters Dealing) 认知为佳
？ Good command of English
？ 良好英语水平
