Job Responsibilities:
To develop, maintain and expand all FI/NBFI and II client coverage in across China and meet the budget target.
To develop, maintain and expand our FI/NBFI institutional client coverage across China;
To build solid coverage infrastructure and meet the sales revenue target;
To manage and take all independent sales lead from institutional customers’ solution/products requirement and work with FIG within the targeted market segment and assist with the credit submission and approval process.
Ride on fast moving market and coordinate with our structured team both from regional and onshore office to meet the customers’ requirement for suitable investment and derivative solutions.
Job Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant FI or NBFI sales or marketing experience with reputable institutions.
University graduate
Excellent knowledge of derivative products
Business development skills and result-oriented
Independent institutional sales, a potential leader as well as a team player with integrity
Ability to collaborate with different departments in the Bank and make use of internal resources efficiently
Willing to learn and take challenges
Good interpersonal skill and hard working under pressure
Proactive and self-motivated
Good market sense and commercial acumen with ability to translate this into sales opportunities and key business drivers
Strong sense of compliance and risk awareness
