Major Responsibilities :
Administrative support required for planning and execution against strategy and goals.
Prepare, review & challenge CRE financial for project close-out, ROP/AOP, GSBC etc.
Create, maintain & monitor CRE business plan and the impact of implementation of CRE strategy.
Risk management governance and data/MI collection thru meeting and reporting.
Develop and maintain strong working relationship with relevant peers/depts./group.
Define & share materials that can be used to train and provide guideline to CRE staff in relation to quality assurance.
Ensure stakeholders benefits/interests being protected.
Provide professional advisory and governance services in relation to risk, planning, finance and quality assurance.
Work with other teams for projects/plans roll out.
Communicate with HASE for standard of work, Group policy and sharing of experience.
Ensure that all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank.
Ensure the compliance of relevant ordinance and statutory requirements.
Ensure operational risk framework, risk control assessment and relevant risk reporting are maintained in line with Group/Bank requirement.
Compile work manual and guideline for subordinates.
Develop metrics KPIs in relation to governance and planning are implemented.
Incumbent Requirements:
University Graduate in Housing Management / Property Surveying / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Professional knowledge in CRE financial and business planning, risk management and internal control governance
Good communication skill
