Responsibilities

1, Participate in team building, to assist the team to promote the company's business effectively, and actively participate in significant business decision-making;

2, Analyze the national finance and industry development trend, known well about legal policy, familiar with all kinds of fund’s policy, operation pattern, approval process, key nodes;

3, Responsible for fund raising, road show, customer relations management;

4, According to the company's overall development strategy and company's raising target, make raising plan and strategy;

5, Participate in risk assessment and risk management after investing;

6, Participate in developing and maintaining financial and investment channels etc.



Preferred Qualifications

- Full-time bachelor degree or above;

- Have gained some understanding about Private Equity, full of passion, great vision and indomitable spirit;

- Self-starter who can drive projects independently

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Demonstrate good judgment when evaluating issues and alternatives

- Ability to work on multiple projects with a high attention to detail
