Responsibilities:
Responsible for the formulation and optimization of outsourcing management process
Monitor day to day collection performance and productivity for digital lending products, and effectively collaborate with partners to improve collection strategies to where necessary
Perform regular on site vendor review to ensure overall collection process is align with regulatory requirement and Citi Risk policy
NPL management for Digital Lending products

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance or related field.
At least 5 years relevant working experience;
Have sufficient collection related knowledge and understanding on local regulations;
Familiar with outsourcing strategy, data analysis and management, and have a full understanding of outsourcing business process and operation mode;
Excellent logical thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in English and Mandarin
