职责描述：
（1）Research and Analysis
-Identify clients’ needs and problems to be solved.
-Collect and analyze information of client, industry, etc.
-Research and analyze relevant regulations.
（2）Presentation
-Structure best solutions to client and make efficient presentation.
-Prepare presentation materials for customers.
-Further understand clients’ needs and requirements.
（3）Support to BP
-Assist business promotion departments by way of consultation and providing useful information.
（4）Team Building
-Assist junior team members to improve advisory/ analysis/ consulting/ presentation skills.
-Bring new ideas and initiate training of junior staffs.
-Initiate team work.
（5）Internal Reporting
- Evaluation of projects, call reports, financial analysis, etc.

任职要求：
* Qualification
1) Fluent in English and Japanese;
2) 3+ years experience in financial industry
* Special knowledge
1) Knowledge of Market Research
2) Understanding of Finance Analysis

1) Team playing ability;
2) Logical thinking
3) MS PowerPoint / Excel / Word skills
