Position: Teller Clerk
Report to: Head of Customer Services
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing customers transaction services under given authority, ensuring accuracy and rules and regulations compliance
Responsibilities:
· To provide financial transaction services and input data into system i.e. deposit-withdrawal service, inter-region money transfer, bill & credit payment and re-check the correctness of information and endorse
· To timely update and maintain customer data in system
· To ensure adequacy of funds in customer account
· To timely seek resolution to customer’s request
· To perform/ monitor registration / system update (daily) processed before end of day closing
· To control over safe-keeping of documents are implemented and carried out according to policy
· To check and verify printed reports e.g. error-reporting report, interest rate adjustment etc.
· To manage and balance amount of cash stored in Branch, check and reconcile against cash account
· To perform other tasks as assigned by Head of Customer Services/ Operations Section Chief
Job Specifications:
Technical Knowledge
· Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or other related field
· Bank's products knowledge
Skills
· Inter-personal and problem solving skills
· Hard working and being able to deliver quality results under pressure
· Proficiency in Chinese in particular good written and verbal communication skills
· Service minded
Experiences
· Clerk – Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
