Major Responsibilities:

Achieve pre-set business targets and grow business for the branch on all Wealth & Personal Banking products/services and customer acquisition
Ensure the delivery of excellent services to customers
Ensure smooth operations and strict adherence to the work procedures, Bank's policies and local regulatory requirements and all control measures are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank
Contribute to the development of products, delivery channels and marketing strategies for WPB business
Manage the performance and development of staff


Requirements:

Bachelor Degree with Professional Certificates
Minimum of 7 years' experience in retail banking or sales management with at least 3 years' experience in managing subordinates
Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with high integrity
Strong sales and customer service orientation, with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of the regulations of PBOC, CBIRC, SAFE and taxation
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
