工作职责:
Establish BXS channel’s annual product development plan and manage products through complete life cycle, from strategic planning to end-of-life
制定银保渠道年度产品开发计划并管理产品从战略规划到淘汰的完整产品周期
Analyze market intelligence research results on products and industry development trends to build and maintain prioritized feature lists with requests from partners, customers and internal findings
分析关于产品和行业趋势的市场调查与情报,并根据来自合作伙伴、客户和内部的调查结果,创建并维护优先特点列表
Develop product management documentation for each product plans , including product concept proposals, business cases and formal product specification
为每个产品上市计划创建产品管理文档,包括产品概念提案、商业案例和产品详述
任职要求:
Bachelor degree or above with major in Math,Actuary or Statistics is preferred
统招本科及以上学历,数学、精算或统计专业优先考虑
6+ years product management or product marketing experience in financial products or related field
6年以上金融产品或相关领域的产品管理或营销经验
Experienced in communicating with all levels of staff and field professionals
